Purchasing Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers for Cavens Country House can be purchased online.

Vouchers can be delivered by post - in a presentation wallet - or sent via email.

Using Gift Vouchers

1) Cavens gift vouchers can be checked for redemption by calling us on  01387 880234. We will ask you to bring the voucher and present on arrival at the hotel.

2) Monetary gift vouchers can be used to pay for room accommodation and supplementary items (e.g. meals, beverages, etc.) purchased during your stay at Cavens Hotel and charged to your room bill. Monetary gift vouchers can also be used to pay for meals and beverages independent of room accommodation.

3) When you book your experience or redeem your voucher against a booking, the voucher will be validated and redeemed electronically.

4) Gift vouchers cannot be used to guarantee or pay for a booking made online/via our website.

5) Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash in part or whole.

6) Cavens gift vouchers have a validity of 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in the voucher offer description. Some promotional vouchers may have a shorter validity period. The validity date is shown on the voucher. If you do not use your gift vouchers within the given validity period it will no longer be valid.

7) Our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost.

8) Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void.

9) Cavens gift vouchers must be presented in paper form or forwarded to enquiries@cavens.com in order to redeem.

10) Vouchers may not apply to certain dates and events, including Christmas and New Year. Please call to check in advance if you are unsure.

11) If we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have orderd. We may cancel your order at any time, up until the time the voucher has been redeemed, and you will receive a full refund of any charges.

12) Stays and private dining are subject to availabilty.
